2. Project-Based Services
2.1 Before Work Begins: If you decide to cancel a project before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund of any deposits or payments made.
2.2 During Development: If work has begun but the project is not yet complete, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed. The determination of work completed will be at our discretion.
2.3 After Completion: Once a project has been completed and delivered, refunds are generally not provided unless there are exceptional circumstances as outlined below.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Service was not delivered as specified in the agreement
- Significant defects that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
- Project cancellation before work commencement
- Duplicate payments or billing errors
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
- Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, stock images, etc.)
- Consultation and strategy fees
- Rush or expedited service fees
- Change requests outside the original scope
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a written refund request to info@lexonagency.com
- Include your project details, invoice number, and reason for the refund
- Allow up to 10 business days for review and response
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days
6. Dispute Resolution
We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns before seeking a refund. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact your project manager or email us directly to discuss your concerns.
7. Revisions and Corrections
Most projects include a specified number of revision rounds. We are committed to making reasonable adjustments to ensure your satisfaction within the agreed scope of work.
8. Subscription Services
For ongoing subscription services (maintenance, hosting, etc.), you may cancel at any time. Refunds for prepaid subscription periods are prorated based on unused time.
9. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Each situation is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy when deemed appropriate.
