4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement.

4.2 Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Supply necessary content, images, and materials

6. Limitation of Liability

Lexon Agency's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
